What kind of incidents should I report?Contact us if you have obtained knowledge of incidents within the COMPANY that violate applicable laws or Code of Conduct of the COMPANY. We are particularly interested in any incidents relating to the following topics:
- Bribery, corruption, kickbacks
- Anti-trust problems
- Problems relating to data protection and IT security
- Embezzlement, misappropriation, theft
- Human resources (HR)
- Fair play and conflicts of interest
- Environment, health and safety

How will my anonymity be protected?To guarantee your anonymity, the encrypted data is transmitted via the secure and independent server of Integrity Line. You will stay anonymous when you submit a report or question via the Integrity Platform, unless you decide to disclose your identity. For anonymous reports, we recommend using the Integrity Platform outside of the company network.
What happens after a report or a question?All reports are sent via the secure Integrity Line server to the responsible contact persons at the COMPANY. They will decide on the further procedure and contact you via the Integrity Platform in case of questions or if additional information is needed. If requested, your anonymity will be protected. In case of concrete reports of suspicions, specialists may be involved and an investigation initiated. You will be informed as soon as the investigation of the reported incident is concluded. The investigation, especially of complex cases, can take several months. For reasons of data privacy, you can generally not be told the outcome and result of the investigation.

What happens if the content of a report turns out to be incorrect afterwards?What is important is that you believe or had to assume that the content is true at the time when you file your report and that you have not filed the report with fraudulent intent. It is not expected of you that you search for evidence yourself or personally solve the incident. We will see to solving the case. It can therefore happen that the investigation will later show that no violation has occurred. In that case, you do not have to fear any negative consequences either.
Why do I need the Inbox function?At the end of the reporting process, you will receive an automatically generated incident number and set a password for yourself. Using this login data, you can later log into your personal Inbox at any time by clicking on âInboxâ and then follow the instructions. The Inbox permits you to enter into a direct dialogue with the Case Manager of the COMPANY while protecting your anonymity. The option to have a dialogue is very important, as further information might possibly be required to solve the incident fully.
